People I worked with I was on the road almost all year overnights in the new England area my partner was what kept me there for as long as I was couple of other things mitch in safety was excellent and of course Tim Ryan coo was excellent
Cons
Management is stale always saying they would make improvements for the drivers for almost 4 years never happened hint hint that's why you can't get good drivers and keep them bad working environment as far as drivers go

Pros
Great work experience, when work is available. Work hands on in an enforced environment of safety. The company offers great training at no cost to the employee. Benefits are priced on an increasing scale, with vision and dental.
Cons
The needs of the company dictate the status of it's employees. When work slows, hours are cut substantially for all fields. As an IT professional, I was reduced to 16 hours a week with the expectation of manual labor outside of the job description during those hours. Management does not have realistic expectations for employee financial concerns.
