Owner was surprisingly impersonal for such a small operation. Treats lower level employees as disposable (very high turnover rate among both designers and prod. staff) If someone makes a mistake the owner can usually be seen by the server scanning through the security feed. Frankly a little creepy and off-putting.

Let’s just say this was hands down the most difficult workplace experience I’ve ever had. The management, and I use that term loosely, lacked professionalism on multiple levels. When you ask questions to understand your role better, you’re made to feel clueless; when you don’t ask enough, you’re seen as incapable. It’s a lose-lose situation. To make things worse, the owner engages in gossip about employees completely inappropriate and toxic behavior. Be advised: you’re being monitored constantly, and even casual conversations aren’t exempt. Favoritism runs rampant. If you’re one of their chosen few, your errors go unnoticed. But if you’re not in that inner circle, brace yourself. You won’t get the benefit of the doubt. In short, this environment is not worth your time or energy
