- AI-based B2B SaaS company - Supportive team members - Good work culture - Young and energetic team - Freshers can learn a lot and get into better companies after working here
Cons
- They don't know what they really want to do in the industry - Leadership looks great on paper, but poor resource planning has led to layoffs - Haven't been able to raise another round of funding post-Series A, and haven't got Product-Market-Fit - Org atmosphere can get toxic at times, due to some people getting too much authority without having industry experience - A bit too obsessed with "IIT", so much so that they only hire leaders from this institution
