      Great people to work with, for the most part.

      Cons

      You can expect to be underpaid, overworked, and not appreciated at all. You will be worked like a dog and expected to be answering emails even at 3am on a Saturday. If you ever do interview, don't take anything less than 20k above posted salary, because you'll be needing that money for therapy.

      Working in Prodalim for 8 years now; - People are super nice, decent and friendly - Company is constantly evolving - Family company vibes still even after significant growth - High Motivation of the all team to succeed , "work hard, play hard" - Supportive colleagues - Being part of an amazing global team, multi culture environment - Having such diversity of nationalities, Gender , religions and seeing all people have the ability to impact and get appreciation cannot be taken for granted.
