      Pros

      This privately held family run business offers outstanding flexibility for it's employees and is a great place to work. There is a very high level of integrity, open door policy and you look forward to work each Monday. Great group of people all pulling in the same direction. Daycare onsite, wonderful wooded property, free parking, and close proximaty to restaurants. Win-Win-Win.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is we are located 1 hr. away from major big city hubs, like Minneapolis. Many people would think of that as a Pro though.

      Pros

      Given plenty of latitude to do my job without worrying about someone watching over my shoulder constantly. A real collaborative environment, ideas are openly discussed without fear of being ostracized. Great product that has strong roots but yet easily adaptable to the changing regulations of our customers. A sense that management and ownership actually cares about their employees well being. Feel like I am part of a large family!

      Cons

      Not too many, Would love to have some higher 401K matching but if that is the biggest complaint, I am in a good place.

      Pros

      ProcessPro provides a flexible work environment with an open-door communication style with all levels of management. It's the first job I've had where I laugh every day and feel empowered and trusted to make a difference within the company.

      Cons

      Smaller companies do not have the opportunities for vertical promotions vs. large companies, but despite that, ProcessPro is open for continuing education to offset that.
