      Pros

      Beign a small company, it allows you to do and learn things in all areas, not only engineering. The office in Altincham is very nice.

      Cons

      The workload can be too much at times, but the company has good policies to compsate the worker for their extra work.

      Relaxed friendly small tight-knit group. Fluid hierarchy.

      No progression, lack of competition nor drive, not the best environment to get trained for first job after graduation
