Traditional cab companies are obsolete, due to this the company is financially unreliable. They recently dissolved whole departments and positions due to lack of funds. Do not expect a long career here. Not to mention, zero training offered. You are expected to know everything about their systems the day you arrive. (Information management is sloppy, no formal organizational system. Really requires you to track down very basic information because turnover is so high that no one knows the answers.)

-Bad management -No training -Awful owner who has no clue how to run a transportation business -People who has been there the longest are mistreated for being loyal to the company -They do not trust anyone regardless how hard your work or dedicated to the company -The owner is that "I own mentality" and "be happy you have a job", never encourages employees -New hires make more money than current employees with similar skillet and job title -Everyone is in a survive mode -Owner is never truth to the employees constantly lies to keep people around to avoid losing money -They once had multiple locations, due to bad management and ownership the business is on it's way shutting down -No opportunity for growth -Turn over rate is higher than most companies combined in Louisville Metro area
