      Nice condo they have contacts with

      Cons

      They advertise $15 an hour but start you out at $12.50, make you give $100 for your uniform and don't even pay you for training!!!! Find another security company to work for cus these guys don't know what they're doing.

      Pros

      Lots of free time like most security jobs in Toronto. Got some studying done between my rounds and other responsibilities.

      Cons

      I was an ex-employee and the manager was the most unprofessional employer I have ever had in my life. He told me to "go back to my rich country" (I'm Canadian but I guess my name struck a cord?) as I was leaving the office one day because I asked for a raise and I never came back because of that. I never complained until now but it really stuck with me so I thought I'd share my experience.

      Pros

      - alot of time to read - amazing people lived at building where i was posted - guaranteed full time work

      Cons

      - have 2 bosses: probe management and building management. orders between the two can often conflict - will routinely be told to do things against code to make management's life easier - min wage and will never get a raise - completely expendable and probe management does not care about you at all
