Management/Directors are very toxic
Although I was succeeding on my desk, considering the short time I had been there, the whole team was regularly penalised for not making pointless outbound calls to clients that either do not use agency, or the same clients over and over again which gets call volume up yes… however also loses clients interest due to annoyance,
You hit your target for calls one day and the next it is raised by 20+ more calls! NO TIME TO DO YOUR ACTUAL JOB
Every hour you are told how many calls you have completed
No appreciation, you are just a number on a calls chart
Not the same job you think you are going into
The way candidates were talked about wasn’t professional
