Pros

They take a hands off approach.

Cons

They take a hands off approach to the point of being non-existant. If you have any problems or issues you are on your own. The CEO and HR are completely incompetent with no care for employees.

Pros

The owner, Donna, can be very nice and will try to accommodate you.

Cons

Watch out for the office politics. There are a couple of women, in the corporate office, that gossip. It’s so high school! You can guarantee to be treated unprofessionally.

Pros

If the owner is not in the office, all is OK

Cons

This is just not another "I am upset" therefor I will submit a bad review. The owner of ProSource Consulting has issues and unfortunately the staff at the headquarters takes the brunt of the chaotic behavior. Don't expect to be treated like a professional. Be prepared to a variety of condescending, abusive, and mix signals. The negativity is too much as the owner is non stop ridiculing someone in the staff. Test the waters with owner and you will be met with a smile and at the same time a stick. The turnover rate is the worst I have ever been exposed to and a majority of those past employees are ridiculed by the owner. Take heed and do some investigating prior to working here.

ProSource Consulting Response

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that your experience with ProSource did not meet your expectations. We realize that it is important to find a company and position that is a good fit for the individual’s personality as well as the organizational culture. We view negative feedback as an opportunity to look at our internal structure and processes to identify where we can improve. It is unfortunate when any employee leaves our company. Some leave due to contractual conclusion, others leave for personal reasons and a select few leave involuntarily. Our turnover rate is less than 4% and our retention rate is above 95%. We have one of the best attrition rates in our industry. We pride ourselves on treating our internal customers (our employees) with respect, professionalism, flexibility and an excellent benefits package. While we can’t prevent former employees from posting their point of view, we let our reputation and our low turnover rate, speak for its self. We at ProSource have always prided ourselves on maintaining an office environment that is positive, supportive, fun, and productive work atmosphere. As the owner of the company, my employees are my first priority! My door is always open and I always make myself available to address my employee’s concerns. We couldn’t agree with you more, than when you advised job seekers to check us out carefully. While you meant it as a warning, we view it as a wonderful opportunity. Anyone who is considering ProSource as their next place of employment is invited to call our office and speak with any of our staff to gain their valuable opinion or feel free to reach out to our client base as they work very closely with ProSource staff. There is a reason we have a such a low turnover rate. We take care of our team!
