Pros
I worked here for a few months and they were pretty fair to me. I didn't care for the Saturday meetings and the fact that someone was always obliged to stay on the sales floor at all times. (We could have had cell phones). We we obliged to take our lunches at 12 or 1 pm to do so. But the management was fair to me and very professional. They never applied too much pressure and they were pretty transparent.
Cons
Location, have to have meetings on Saturdays, micromanagement.
