      Established, with a lot of brands in the consumer packaging industry

      Very bureaucratic, so we were unable to react to our current customers as we had been used to prior to acquisition.

      competitive salary, lots of OT which you can have paid out or bank, hybrid schedule, good work life balance when not travelling

      Cons

      lots of travel, poor training and on-boarding, lack of mentoring, high volume of work, work can be boring and monotonous
