Pros

IPG network provides a lot of support you won't find elsewhere, especially digital resources, creative, admin support, etc. not necessarily available at other med comms. Good FTO policy and benefits.

Cons

Horrific hours at times, particularly for junior levels, and on at least one account the main lead appears to lie to management about how things are run. Bigger revolving door than management lets on. Some people take pride in working 60-70 hours a week, not realizing that's weakness, not strength, and does not give employees "proof in the pudding" about why their life will be better if they work had and move up.

Pros

It is a good place to get entry-level experience who are recent graduates. Good benefits, paid days off, and holiday schedule. Many of the people there are fantastic.

Cons

If you are on the wrong team your life can be miserable. Overworked, underappreciated, and in some cases mistreated. Management didn't care and HR doesn't intervene. Pay increases are shockingly low. Promotions and career growth can be difficult depending on your team.
