Great coworkers, but numerous issues persist w/President of company being the main problem
Pros
Coworkers great and that's it
Cons
Experienced AE's avoid this company like the plague. This company is a career killer. They are a mom-and-pop shop pretending to be a big boy. Only 1-2 AE's out of 14 are actually making decent money. You will be put on full commission with no warning, even though your contract says there must be a 30 day notice. President of the company will literally tell you "if you don't like it, sue me." And speaking of the President, he is the underlying problem and why this company is a sinking ship. He's still stuck in the 80's and 90's when he was selling pegboard and portables. This company is the most expensive in the entire industry, hands down and they're not doing anything different than the competition. The designs and builds are good, but so are Derse's, Czar's, MC2, etc and the competition is half the cost than Pro and management can't comprehend this, especially the President. You will literally lose over half of your leads to pricing. There is a clientele that is suited for ProExhibits, but that type of client takes months and years to close and the President has no patience, which explains why this company has the highest turnover rate in the world b/c the quotas are unrealistic (only 1 AE out of 14 hit their quota last year). My advice to any AE even thinking about considering this company: don't do it. You might think the company you are with currently is bad, but ProExhibits is like, "Hold my beer". They will sell you a bill of goods. AEs and AMs are quitting this place left and right and they don't have enough AMs to handle the workload. Again, just to reiterate, they are too expensive; you will lose over half of your accounts and won't come close to hitting your quota. I don't care if you were the top performer at your previous company for 10 years straight, you will take a MAJOR step back with this company.
