- Downtime between jobs gives time for personal projects - People/Culture at the company are great - A lot of independence with day to day work - Expectations are usually focused on the important things, not a lot of fluff - Advancement is less based on tenure/checking boxes, more on performance/potential

Cons

- Salary can be lower than other opportunities - Hard work/life balance with travel

This is a company that really cares for its employees. It is constantly changing and finding ways to keep employees happy. There is room for career advancement. The company wants their employees to succeed. If you ever have an issue or problem, it is very easy to go and talk to them.

Cons

Depending for who you work for, the learning curve can be very steep. But you have a good team who are there to help you through it. Some jobs can be very stressful.
