Brilliant colleagues but poor pay and no progression

The only thing I will say is the people I worked with were brilliant.
Cons
They say they give yearly reviews but we haven’t had one for three years. We also haven’t had a pay rise for two years and there’s been no communication about this whatsoever. The pay is terrible it’s just above minimum wage or most of them are minimum wage. Back in the office four days with the potential of it turning into five because senior management of desperate to get everyone back. Really stressful job with added pressure as they are opening stores, but they are making people redundant and then just pass in the work onto the remaining staff so everyone is now doing the work of two for minimum wage. Absolutely no progression once you’re in a role you are literally stuck there because every single role in this place gets paid the same.
