Pros
When you are paid on time, the pay is weekly. Its nice to be paid weekly except for when the checks bounce. Hiring process is quick because they are desperate.
Cons
Poor pay, no benefits, bounced paychecks, late paychecks, disgusting/dirty work environment/conditions, poor management, horrible customer service, management lies to customers on regular basis. Building is in desperate need of renovations - dirty stained carpets, nasty bathrooms, spider & roach infestation.
