Experienced hard working professionals beware. The company in itself is extremely old fashioned and refuses to change. I could go in depth, but just be prepared to kill a tree with the amount of paper you’ll use.
The company is a direct reflection of the VP, who leads by fear. During a corporate meeting I watched her continuously talk down to her employees. Most employees sat in silence as those who asked questions got an eye roll or were made to feel stupid.
Certain regionals are non-existent and offer zero support. Be prepared to see unethical practices such as not paying out commissions which are already are low ($50 per lease). You’ll also see the company write up or fire employees without cause. All the other reviews are true, stay far away from Price Realty.
