Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear you have learned so much during your time here. We are very proud of our company culture, where everyone supports each other's growth and success. With regards to the long hours, our work weeks are on average 40-45 hours, however, it is up to our employees whether they want to work additional hours in order to achieve their goals. Our management training program is very fast-paced, and we acknowledge that it is not for everyone. We hope that you continue to learn and we wish you the best of luck with your career!
No pros, this is a scam, I got hired on the spot without knowing anything about the job, the interview was so quick they gave such a summary and vague along with that i wasn't even able to ask questions
Cons
This whole thing was a con, I got past the interview, I was in there for training, and I worked. I was only told after I signed papers that you are 100% commission base, and you don't get paid for training unless you pass the exam which is after the first 2 days of training which is legal. You basically become a manager and start recruiting more people (Pyramid Scheme)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that we are not a scam. We try to be upfront and transparent about the position requirements during the interview process so that all representatives know exactly what the position entails when they accept a role with us. We offer multiple compensation packages that are all structured so that each one of our team members has Paid Training at an hourly rate in addition to bonuses and incentives. We are not a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in the United States. It sounds like there is a misunderstanding when it comes to our growth structure, as no one is hired as a manager and recruiting is not a part of the position requirements. We would like to take the opportunity to discuss your compensation and your experience working with us in more detail. Please email info@priamincorporated.com to set up a call and discuss your grievances in more detail and we can hopefully find a resolution.
Fun coworkers and environment, opportunity for growth and income (commission based, then growing to base pay)
Cons
Very long hours, mon-sat 11:30-8:00 or longer. Begins with direct sales (door-to-door). Selling frontier/direct tv internet, phone, cable since the ads were not transparent. (Not remote)
