We offer multiple compensation packages that are all structured so that each one of our team members has Paid Training at an hourly rate in addition to bonuses and incentives. We are not a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in the United States. It sounds like there is a misunderstanding when it comes to our growth structure, as no one is hired as a manager and recruiting is not a part of the position requirements.
