      Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, due to COVID, our offices in Fort Collins have been closed for four years on the date of review. We closed Fort Collins in March of 2020. Our teams now work remotely and from our offices in Mexico. But we're glad you enjoyed our break room all those years ago!

      Good pay if you bust your butt for incentives and make nice with the right people in the right position

      Cons

      Owner is a masochistic, one sided leader who will not listen to anything that is not part of his agenda or goes against "his way". He will cuss you out when communicating on a professional level and says it is "his right as a man of free speech to speak to anyone how he chooses". Employees are allowed to fraternize and promotions are dependent on how cute you are and who you sleep with. If you dare to turn down another employee's advances you are then the target. Very unprofessional environment. You will be used in managerial roles even though you are not recognized as management or compensated as management.

      This review was submitted by an admitted white supremacist who attempted to frame an African American employee for sexual assault. Video evidence refuted all of the white supremacists claims. Police became involved and the employee was terminated. The actions of this employee definitely went against the company owner's "way" . We were happy that the owner of the company took such a strong position on this situation. And yes, the President of the company was very unprofessional with this employee - and the rest of the staff was very thankful for that.

      Working from home was great. The hours were reasonable. Paid training was also comprehensive.

      Cons

      High call volume. Not many options for real time help from management.
