      Pros

      Started out great, only to have things go down-hill last summer.

      Cons

      Owners did not know what they were doing when it came to running and managing a clinical lab. Constantly losing clients due to slow turn-over times, couldn't keep critical lab supplies and reagents in stock, frequently late on paychecks. Avoid working here at all costs.

      The starting pay was ok

      Cons

      The employee turnover rate was the highest I've ever seen at a job. The hours were long with few to no breaks. They expected everyone to work every day without having any days off. Shifts were long, sometimes as long as 20 hours. Supplies were always out of stock.

      Hardly any! The basic insurance

      This company has absolutely no ethics. They report false positive covid test and run blood samples that have been sitting outside all weekend long.
