      Pros

      I have been working at Precision System Design for Fortune 150 insurance company.It has been great working for the company so far.I joined as contract to hire but they have been very helpful through whole process.I recently converted to Fortune 150 insurance company full time but through the employment with Precision i never faced any problems.

      Pros

      I highly recommend Precision to any qualified candidate looking for an IT position. My experience working with the IT recruiting staff at Precision was exceptional. From initial contact through placement in a contract-to-hire position, they advised, guided, encouraged and prepared me for the next step in the hiring process. Precision went above and beyond to ensure I was prepared for interviews and provided an approachable but professional service. After seven months in the contract-to-hire position, I was hired as an employee by the client company. Precision was very pleased, completely supportive and continued to assist me through the hiring process.

      Cons

      I was based in Colorado Springs, CO and Precision is in Basking Ridge, NJ so face to face meetings were not possible.
