      Horrible Company - Completely Mismanaged

      There are some great colleagues and there are always treats and gelato

      The company leadership has no business sense. The only thing that's ever a priority for leadership are urgent matters as the CEO spends all of his time micro-managing unnecessary elements of day to day business. Even issues which are key to customer satisfaction, employee engagement or building the business are left to rot and are unaddressed. There is NO finesse, business acumen or strategy. I'm alarmed anyone stays here for more than 4 months as a couple of weeks in, anyone can see this company is bordering collapse.

      Pros

      Fashionable and trendy buildings. Good chances to get in touch with real names in the business, whom to start a new business with.

      Cons

      The top management is only formed by the family members, where none of them is the only leader and has other work experiences. This is usually the reason why the right direction in managing projects is usually found only after passing trough all the remaining wrong ways. There are no bonus or rewards for the job done correctly, but employees often receive tickets and fines on their salaries for mistakes coming from clearly wrong directions.
