Pros

Job stability because everyone here is lazy and don’t care about performance and client retention. Don’t go by the reviews share recently. All are shared the marketing department cause they have no work other than organising events to post positive images of the work environment on social media

Cons

1. No respect for women 2. They don’t provide documents like offer letter or increment letter. 3. They say probation is 6 months but don’t confirm you in even 8 months yet keep getting work done by you 4. Will get fired if asked for maternity leave 5. No leaves at all. Not even sick leaves or bereavement leaves. Salary will be deducted 6. Sandwich holiday policy to deduct extra salary 7. 9.30 hrs shift minimum 8. No work from home or flexible working hours. Don’t listen to the lies shared by others. 9. Founders are abusive and megalomaniacs. 10. Salary given from OD account. 11. Usual salary date is 7th sometimes spills up to 10th. 12. No skill development. People who are working here are stuck cause they lack the skill to compete the competitive market out there.

Pros

No pros to this company

Cons

Do not entertain any offers from this company as they are blatantly violating HR policies, which can seriously impact your career. Since I joined, the company failed to provide a proper offer letter, lacking essential details like CTC. When I inquired about this with HR, they stated that the company policy doesn't include mentioning the CTC in the offer letter. I requested written confirmation for the CTC, but HR informed me that it would be provided during the onboarding process along with the appointment letter. During the onboarding, I asked for the appointment letter, but HR informed me that it would take a week to issue it. However continuous follow-ups, I never received the appointment letter and HR failed to respond promptly. After three months, they mentioned a background verification process, delaying the issuance of the appointment letter further. Meanwhile, they issued payslips that explicitly stated they were not valid without a signature and stamp. I continued to argue with the HR department about the appointment letter, but unfortunately, no progress was made. Instead, as a result of my persistence, My reporting manager and HR discussed the matter and intentionally put me on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), setting unrealistic expectations and attaching a conditional notice pay clause. I worked diligently to meet the targets during the PIP, but at the end of it, they unjustly claimed that my performance wasn't satisfactory and refused to pay my PIP salary, depriving me of one month's pay. Remember almighty is watching you.
