Management would just as soon reprimand employees over petty issues of their own creation if it allows them feel justified with their unwillingness to pay for the value they know is being provided. Many people get a better offer and run.
The attempt to make up for poor floor ventilation and insulation and cooling by leaving bay doors open only leads to one of the filthiest manufacturing plants I've ever seen. People try to stage the jobs but management doesn't want to provide the necessary tools, incentives, or even adopt suggestions to their current process that would reduce people's stress and allow even more to get done.
Benefits are a joke. 5 paid days and tons of nepotism.
