      you have the independence to work on whatever roles you want (could be good or bad)

      Cons

      Zero organizational structure as far as workload Management tends to micromanage and not give support where needed Do not work here if you are looking to grow and develop your skillsets

      The Managing Directors at this firm want all of their employees to be successful and will do whatever it takes to make that happen but you must put in the effort.

      There really are no cons. To be successful here, you have to have self-motivation.

      Truly a company where you reap what you sow. Also, we have more of a long-term relationship approach to business. a large percentage of candidates and clients have worked with the company for years.

      Not for the faint of heart. You really need to push yourself to find the best possible candidates for clients.
