Constantly cutting hours so we’re short staffed. It’s very stressful most of us are doing the work of 3-4 people.
Favoritism is insane here. We’ve had the most useless coworker going on 2 years now and she’s still hanging around because she sucks up to Carter. She spends most of her time in the staff lounge. She’s also cursed out another coworker and somehow wasn’t fired. She never helps clean up at the end of the night and if she does it’s bare minimum.
Management are ineffective at their jobs, we’ve brought up constant issues to Kathryn and has repeatedly been meant with her actually saying the word “shrug” and not actually doing anything to alleviate the situation.
Constant stressful situations. Feels like management is looking for reasons to fire people who aren’t favored by Carter.
