      Pros

      I'm so glad I decided to take on the opportunity at Populus Promotions and I'm excited about my future with the company. My work ethic and attitude have provided my security! It's very fast paced and high energy and making it to leadership was by own merit. I've already seen so much growth within the business and my personal life!

      Pros

      I have a lot of mentorship in my work and the people around me want success. I see a direct correlation of how hard I work and how much I get in return and that’s something I haven’t ever had in a job. I like coming to this job

      Cons

      It’s not your everyday corporate 9-5 job so if you like the monotonous grind it’s not for you. Could switch up team night even though those are actually pretty fun.

      I have felt welcomed and appreciated since my first day. I have already seen myself grow so much as well. I am challenged everyday in a way that I appreciate. Management always takes their time to speak with me and others when we need it.

      Cons

      Very challenging and if you are afraid of competition this might not be a great fit for you. You get out what you put in.
