      - founders are crazy hands-on + No bossy behaviour ever - empathy and trust runs in their blood: If you want to work in a place where you are encouraged to come up with ideas, operate independently without constant monitoring. THIS PLACE IS IT. - Appreciation, perks and bonuses are amazing. all in all, a 10/10 company

      Since it’s a lean team, you may need to handle multiple responsibilities at times but it’s also a great opportunity to learn beyond your role.
