A huge range of experiences from budgets, client communication, project management, team work etc...
Cons
Event life, long hours, sometimes working on weekends, sort of inevitable in this industry. No HR.

I can honestly say this experience was the biggest waste of my time and money. I have no idea why they felt the need to hire interns because every time I would come into the office, they wouldnt have any work for me to do. Sometimes I think they would feel bad so they would try and make me feel important by asking me to go onto hotels.com and research hotels...... Like thank you, I just learned so much. If I was told this company was fake, I would believe if. They talked about all of these amazing things they did but like I never saw it so was it real??? I dont know. We will never know.
