      High Attrition Rate Due to Terrible Workloads

      Pros

      It was a rapidly growing company, so I was never bothered about getting paid on time or keeping my job.

      Cons

      The workloads are simply TERRIBLE. The upper management seems to relish the idea of overworking employees to the point of exhaustion. Their expectations keep rising with time which makes the workplace environment TOXIC. You will lose nothing if you AVOID THIS EMPLOYER.

      Pros

      You'll be lucky if you'd find trust-worthy and nice colleagues there. They were very scarce in this company. If you do find one, make sure keep them as friend forever.

      Cons

      I quit working here because of extreme disorganization. No matter how hard I tried to organize our files pertaining to the projects we handle, the admin was so unorganized that they keep on losing important documents. It was very frustrating. It was affecting efficiency and causes delays further causing our clients to be unsatisfied and disappointed.

      The pay was decent and there are a few decent colleagues as well. Not all are bad, but most are.

      Cons

      What I dealt with every single day working here were bad attitudes, big egos, and incompetent people. They don't admit their shortcomings and blame you for everything they can. Working here was a nightmare!
