      Company Relies on Monopoly of Products to Exist

      The benefits are excellent. Insurance is 100% covered.

      Cons

      Management micro-manages, and in all the wrong places. The company relies on their monopoly of laser vibrometers to survive. Claim a great atmosphere: its awful. Everyone talks about each other behind each others' backs. Will not hesitate to throw each other under the bus. Most unprofessional place I have ever worked at.
