      Working at Polycase is a truly rewarding experience. The company fosters a kind and supportive environment. Polycase is full of wonderful individuals who collaborate equally regardless of title. Management is genuinely interested in feedback for efficiency gains and continuously seeks ways to improve. People speak with respect and are always willing and excited to teach you. We have fun events like monthly potlucks & holiday parties. Starting from your third calendar year, you get three weeks of PTO, which is a great benefit. The HSA plan is the best I've ever experienced.
