      Pros

      This organization has policies & procedures in place that are safe, smart and easy to follow. I find management to be helpful, supportive and interested along with projecting positive feedback. HR is so informative and keeps us posted in a very professional manner which is awesome! I appreciate the people, the work and having a beautiful and clean as a whistle office and warehouse environment. Love my Pointsmith family!!

      Cons

      There are an excess of internal meetings that could be narrowed down. I do feel, especially in our current Covid state, that the wheels of progress move slower and it takes more time to get projects awarded. But that con is livable and fixable.

      Pros

      Pointsmith has some of the smartest and most creative people I have ever worked alongside. Many employees have over a decade experience with Pointsmith and you will find they pass along their knowledge and experience to help you and the company succeed. This is the first company I have worked for where the different business segments work so well together. I find everyone is one the same team and working to achieve the same goals. What you can expect to find with Pointsmith: A great work life balance, a company that cares about its employees, great leadership and mentors, freedom to grow, competitive compensation, 401K match and good benefits.

      Cons

      In my time with Pointsmith I have not identified any cons outside or what I consider normal business issues. I have worked for companies that have issues, Pointsmith is not one of those companies
