Pointsmith has some of the smartest and most creative people I have ever worked alongside. Many employees have over a decade experience with Pointsmith and you will find they pass along their knowledge and experience to help you and the company succeed. This is the first company I have worked for where the different business segments work so well together. I find everyone is one the same team and working to achieve the same goals. In my time with Pointsmith I have not identified any cons outside or what I consider normal business issues. I have worked for companies that have issues, Pointsmith is not one of those companies
