      Awesome company to work for.

      Pros

      Tons of room for growth, Pointe is constantly expanding and doesn't mind promoting from within. If you are a tech with your own route, you can normally be done early afternoon and still make great money. The people that you work with actually care about you, there is a great family vibe.

      Cons

      The hours as a start tech can be long, but that just means you're making more money.

      Pros

      The company pays very well for the postion, they give you the full hours you need. The staff is awesome! I have never had a job where I like each and every co worker. We all strive to be assets to the company. We work together and our main goal is always providing our customers with the best service in the office and in the field.

      Cons

      It gets a little slow in the winter but that's more personal because I like to keep busy.
