      I gain useful experience for when I eventually leave this place.

      Cons

      Plump Engineering has a clueless leadership. The leaders here don't seem to know how to lead effectively. The management is ineffective because it's unable to provide solutions to problems most of the time. The managers are also inefficient because in the rate times that they're able to provide solutions, the solutions they give are inefficient and don't last.

      Workstation and multiple working screens for CADD.

      Cons

      Very novice staff, especially with the Electrical Department. No standards and they force you to work long hours. Very unprofessional approach and expect a lot of condescending advise.

      Cons

      Leader only listen this thier favorite and ignore other complaints and help requests. Instead of provide support, they just give reward to their favorite who can blow their ear and punish others who are overload requesting help. Just be careful if decide to join
