Pros

Work from home, challenging but fun, company going in the right direction balancing growth and treating people right.

Cons

Sometimes stressful due to growing pains but also being entirely virtual has its challenges in building relationships.

Pros

Many opportunities to grow in a role and in company maturity, independence, ability to gain valuable experience in relevant fields of interest while also making a tangible difference in the organization. Friendly but driven remote work-environment. Great mentoring.

Cons

Fully remote work environments cannot socially replace what it's like to build in person connection, however, Pleio has it's own unique culture that does a great job of bringing their workforce closer together.

You get what you put in and then some

Pros

Pleio cares about the GoodStart Mentors and they always put family first. The admin team does a great job of helping you discover your resources and how to use them. They will not just hand you answers and a paycheck, you actually have to put the effort in but it's an addictive job. You'll be actually helping people who need help and most patients appreciate the services provided. Of course, just like real life, there are some patients that will not appreciate the service or the phone calls but those are outnumbered greatly. This company also promotes from within whenever possible which helps when you need coaching, you'll always end up talking to someone who has been there and made the same mistakes.

Cons

The QA department is very tight and will "ding" you for most anything, the standards sometimes feel almost too high to reach which can get frustrating. With that said, because you are working with patients taking medications this is somewhat understandable as all AE's must be reported by law.
