Cons

Recent growth has been very poorly managed. Abysmal on DEI issues. Their reputation as an inclusive and welcoming employer is no longer accurate. Might still be an ok place to work if you're a tech bro, but get ready for toxicity if you are not a cis white dude.

The company culture is second to none, the pay is very competitive pay, and remote work is not new to them, so on-boarding and remote work at the company is so smooth. Incredible work/life balance.

Cons

There are no yearly bonuses, unless you are a people manager, and as they go public I worry the company culture may be affected.
