      Met good people at the company, taught me the frameworks of how an advertising company operates, it taught me what I like and do not like

      Cons

      Not enough flexibility to try other roles even when mentioned during interview about the interest, not enough freedom to try to adapt the way you do your work

      Very organized Agency, especially the main German agencies. Innovative and creative.

      Some of the non-German offices would benefit from learning more from the Munich office in terms of organization and innovation.
