      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work here is if you thrive on designing highly creative motion graphics, video or animation while surrounded by super talented people that aren't plagued by ego. Flexible, relaxed work atmosphere that respects work-life balance.

      Cons

      Process and sales are erratic, results in inconsistent workloads. Very difficult to obtain mentorship, annual reviews, promotions or pay raises without persistent self-advocacy.

      Met a lot of great people with a ton of talent. Learned a lot.

      Cons

      You will not grow your career here. Low pay with no substantial pay increases. Will be asked to go the extra mile with no incentive beyond nice words.

      The people are talented and friendly. The company creates some good work and the environment is friendly and casual.

      Cons

      There is a lack of investment in the company. Employees are salaries are consistently lower than other places and many of the tools provided can be outdated or non-existent. Some simple investment in new programs, tools, and technology could bring the work being done to new levels.
