Pros
Being a new agent, you couldn't ask for a better place to be than Pivot. They will do everything they possibly can to jump start your career and guide throughout. The people here are actual great human beings who really care for your wellbeing. Not only as a realtor but as a person. You will learn so much from Principal Broker Mark Perkins. I can't say enough about this man. Just a really genuine caring person.
Cons
None whatsoever. You don't pay any extra costs as a realtor like you would at most other companies.
