      I have loved all my years working for PPS (now CBIZ PPS) and the incredible people I've met

      Cons

      Some issues of "cart before the horse". Small teams means big responsibility. Recent acquisition is rocking the ship.

      Incredible company culture, friendly workplace environment, room for growth, customer focused, great retention.

      None. Have loved every minute with PPS and continue to love working here.

      Pros

      Flexible hours and time off. Small family feel to it. Fairly good benefits for its size. Uses good industry tools.

      Cons

      Not a lot of work at times, and slow to get new clients. Big knowledge silo issue. If something goes down only one person can fix it. Some issues have been know for a long time but don't get fixed. 75% of the employees have been there a long time and feels like a clique.
