Pros

Wonderful community of teachers and students. Flex shifts if needed and clean spaces.

Cons

The franchisee owners are lovely however the main owners, Tyler and Oscar are both verbally abusive to their staff and horrible to work under. On several occasions my staff and I were cussed at often out of nowhere. They have illegally contracted workers that should have been employees and have cut teachers without notice off the schedule because they spoke up about their mistreatment.

Pros

Rigorous Exercises, most of the teachers are great personalities and very skilled

Cons

- Front Desk role is deceptively advertised as being in the managers words "insanely easy" when actually management freaks out about literally everything and expects you to handle most of their sales, memberships, and marketing, management blames you when their numbers are not met -Management is overworked and takes out their frustrations from owners onto staff -Owners are cheap and refuse to invest in more efficient (and expensive) email marketing and MindBody services making tons of extra unnecessary work for everyone involved -Strict cancellation policy wherein I saw multiple clients immediately turn on the studio when they were charged insane fees or their requests were completely ignored. Multiple clients sustained injuries or fell ill and were still unable to cancel their memberships without signing a piece of paper when there were multiple recorded conversations between management and them that they wanted to cancel and could physically not attend -New San Francisco location is incredibly over priced for the amenities they offer (ex: 2 single stall bathrooms for a capacity of up to 35 people)

Pros

Love the classes, the managers, the instructors, and the studios. The FitFormer is a great piece of machinery and way better than others on the market.

Cons

If you have the great displeasure of going to a corporate owned studio ... run. The owner - Oscar Sanin - is literally a crazy man. I have never seen a so-called professional like him act so unprofessional. He gossips about everyone, is unkind, rude and abrasive to anyone that works for him, lies to get what he wants and is a complete revisionist - he alters stories to meet his narrative. And he has consistently tells everyone "I told you so" .. even though he is just revising the past to make a point, or more accurately, to avoid taking responsibility.
