Confusing Changes

Pros

PCC has a great benefit program, happy-go-lucky coworkers, and is generally very understanding about work/life balance.

Cons

Leadership changes in the last 3 years make management chains confusing and workflows. There are few places into which to grow.

Pros

There are some friendly atmospheres within the company and the community seems strong. Plenty of instances where employees had great stories.

Cons

I did not land in a friendly atmosphere and it was extremely toxic. Manager contradicted themselves in training, was not clear, lied and bad-mouthed other employees. Benefits program is a bit confusing and questionable.
