Uncompetitive salary, you are often expected to take on additional responsibilities with no pay bump or bonus. Not enough overtime available. Company is very write-up happy. Supervisors often threaten repercussions if something is not followed up on immediately. Technicians are sometimes thrown under the bus (whether or not they were performing their job adequately) when supervisors have to take escalated support calls. It is a call center, so there are little to no vacations, and the amount of time off you can accrue is minimal.

Low pay, no consideration when you make small mistakes, they write up immediately. The intention is to fire you because they do not want you to file for unemployment which cause them some kind of financially damage. It occurs in bad companies when they have a huge turn over.
