Pros

The chairs are somewhat comfortable

Cons

They favore people, they pick and choose people who are their friends for specific jobs. The people that move up aren’t those that come on time and help everyone out. No the people that move up in positions are those who are late, those who barely do their own work, those who do not listen to the supervisors.

Pros

Fancy building, more organized than before.

Cons

The managers and supervisors are highly ineffective in their roles. They have no idea how to deal with situations and pretend as if an issue doesn't exist until it absolutely must be addressed. When asked a question supervisors will just repeat what you said to them. If it's just one I can understand but more than 60% are like that. They have absolutely no clue how anything functions and no inclination to learn either. The employees who actually take it upon themselves to work and resolve issues are the ones who get blamed (it's a weird place) by their supervisors. Somehow being incompetent and not working at your potential is valued way more than employees who actually make an effort. Every person in management is insecure and only worried about their image and reputation in front of other supervisors. So they tend to throw employees who report to them under the bus. Blaming every person instead of taking responsibility is the norm. If you are a hard working and conscientious employee STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It's an accumulation of slackers who will suck your soul!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to help us continue to improve the employee experience. As you most likely know, PharmScript has been growing rapidly in the past few years and as a result, we’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to add many new leaders to our Somerset team. Most of whom are new to their roles and promoted from within. We take our leadership responsibilities very seriously at PharmScript and to achieve our goal of becoming high performance teams, we’re actively training, and developing strategies to support our new leaders. Regardless of which team you’re on, it is my hope that individuals from all of our teams feel motivated, empowered and recognized for their hard work and I apologize if this hasn’t been your experience. Your feedback is very important to us and without knowing full details of your concerns, I’m ill-equipped to provide specific guidance on how we can address the challenges you’ve identified. I have an open door policy and would welcome the opportunity to discuss further or please feel free to email me at jford@pharmscript.com. Sincerely, John Ford VP Operations - East
