Largely independent work collaborating with people all over the world.

Cons

The supporting departments (i.e. payroll) were located in very different timezones so it was often the next day before you can progress one of the contractors pay issues. The manager of our office micromanaged our very small team and chit chatted too often rather than focusing on his role.
