Disorganized Very bad method of doing things Office favoritism Seen as threat by senior employees extremely paranoid (video and sound recording systems everywhere to monitor employees) severe lack of technical knowledge encouraged to bend truth to customers Stagnant work environment known to overhaul work force every few months
