Pros
Company perks - catered lunches from time to time, great Christmas party, no dress code (colored hair, piercings & tattoos don't have to be hidden), beer & wine provided from time to time to celebrate a Friday or holiday
Cons
No professional boundaries, management isn't good & they berate their employees and speak condescending to employees, they don't hand out raises. Taking breaks or lunch is frowned upon & employees get in trouble if they take a break during their 8.5 hour shift

Some of the other employees are nice
Cons
Management is disrespectful, agents are needy, product department is rude which probably comes from their managers, pay is not very good. Little to no chance of career or financial growth or advancement.
